When is it possible to access the data center and its servers?Réponse
Only customers with a pass can ask to access servers. For a planned visit, Eo data center is accessible during business hours, from 8:30am to 5.30pm, monday to friday, with a permanent team on site for security, "Hand &Eyes" service and technical maintenance. A written request is required 24hours before accessing the facility. To request access outside business hours, the request must be made 48 hours in advance. In case of emergency, simply contact us by phone to launch procedure. Following the call, send an email one hour in advance during business hours and twohours in advance during non-business hours. ID and authorization check for each visitor will be conducted at the reception desk of the site.
